Cotton Belt Federal Credit Union – 90th Anniversary Checking Account Sweepstakes

Official Rules | September 1 – November 30, 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER MONTHLY PERIOD.

  1. Eligibility: No purchase or obligation necessary to participate and win. All participants must be 18 years of age or older at time of contest participation and must be eligible for membership at Cotton Belt Federal Credit Union. Employees of Cotton Belt Federal Credit Union, their immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings, and each of their respective spouses), and members of the household of such individuals are not eligible to register for the contest.
  2. How to Enter: This Sweepstakes consists of three (3) monthly entry periods and one (1) grand prize drawing. Each Monthly Period and its associated drawing are as follows:

Monthly Period 1 (September): September 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026. Drawing: October 7, 2026. Prize: five (5) winners of $90 each. Monthly Period 2 (October): October 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026. Drawing: November 6, 2026. Prize: five (5) winners of $90 each. Monthly Period 3 / Grand Prize (November): November 1, 2026 through November 30, 2026. Drawing: December 7, 2026. Prize: one (1) grand prize of $500 cash. All eligible entries received during the full promotional period (September 1 through November 30, 2026) are automatically entered into the November grand prize drawing. No additional entry required.

To enter during any Monthly Period, open a new qualifying Cotton Belt FCU checking account (Free Checking or Second Chance Checking), opt into a Cotton Belt Visa debit card, and enroll in Cotton Belt FCU online banking. All three steps must be completed by 11:59 p.m. CT on the last day of the applicable Monthly Period. Each eligible entrant who completes all qualifying steps during a Monthly Period will receive one (1) entry into that Monthly Period’s drawing and will also be automatically entered into the November grand prize drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person per Monthly Period.

Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter without opening a checking account, mail a written submission containing your complete name, address, age, daytime/evening phone numbers, email address, and the words “Cotton Belt 90th Anniversary Sweepstakes” along with the Monthly Period you are entering (September, October, or November) to: Cotton Belt Federal Credit Union, ATTN: 90th Anniversary Sweepstakes, 1703 River Pines Blvd., Pine Bluff, AR 71601. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the applicable Monthly Period and received within five (5) business days after that date. All eligible mail-in entries are also entered into the November grand prize drawing. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per Monthly Period.

Odds of winning monthly prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Monthly Period. Odds of winning the grand prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the full promotional period (September 1 through November 30, 2026).

Cotton Belt Federal Credit Union will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries. All entries become the property of Cotton Belt Federal Credit Union and none will be returned. Cotton Belt Federal Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with, violating, or abusing any aspect of the contest.

  1. Determining the Winners: A Cotton Belt FCU employee will select winners at random from all eligible entries as follows: October 7, 2026: five (5) winners selected from September Monthly Period entries. November 6, 2026: five (5) winners selected from October Monthly Period entries. December 7, 2026: one (1) grand prize winner selected from all eligible entries received during the full promotional period, September 1 through November 30, 2026. You do not have to be present to win. All winners are subject to verification of eligibility by Cotton Belt FCU prior to prize award. Winners will be notified by email or telephone following the applicable drawing. Prize funds will be deposited directly into the winner’s Cotton Belt FCU checking account in accordance with Section 4 below.
  2. Prizes: Monthly Period 1 — September Drawing (October 7, 2026): Five (5) prizes of $90 cash each, deposited directly into each winner’s Cotton Belt FCU checking account within thirty (30) days of the drawing date. Total value: $450. Monthly Period 2 — October Drawing (November 6, 2026): Five (5) prizes of $90 cash each, deposited directly into each winner’s Cotton Belt FCU checking account within thirty (30) days of the drawing date. Total value: $450. Grand Prize — November Drawing (December 7, 2026): One (1) grand prize of $500 cash, deposited directly into the winner’s Cotton Belt FCU checking account within thirty (30) days of the drawing date. All eligible entrants from the full promotional period are entered into the grand prize drawing. Total value: $500. Total approximate value of all prizes: $1,400. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Cotton Belt FCU will comply with applicable IRS reporting requirements. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable.
  3. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Cotton Belt FCU, which are final and binding. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without further compensation. By entering this contest, you also acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be used by Cotton Belt Federal Credit Union for internal marketing analyses and to provide participant with information from time to time about Cotton Belt FCU and its services, products, and promotions. All personal information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Cotton Belt FCU’s privacy policy, which is available at https://cottonbeltfcu.com/privacy-policy/. Any prize that cannot be awarded to an eligible winner in accordance with these Official Rules will remain the property of Cotton Belt Federal Credit Union.
